The order is cancelled and the refund process starts automatically. It takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
Delivers something that doesn't meet the brief
You can open a dispute with the specific reason. Pactly reviews the case evidence within 24 hours and communicates the resolution to both parties.
Refund policy
No charge if the creator doesn't accept — your card is only charged when the collaboration is accepted
Refund if, after dispute review, it's confirmed that the deliverable doesn't match what was agreed in the brief.
